Questions and answers
Are hand baggage and checked baggage the same allowance?
No. KLM provides separate guidance for baggage in the cabin and in the hold. Check both sections and the allowance attached to your own booking.
Where can I find rules for sports equipment or a musical instrument?
Use the special-baggage section linked from KLM's official baggage page. Check the relevant conditions before you travel with an unusual item.
