The quick answer

Start with a flight quote. If you choose an available Super Payments plan and your application succeeds, the first instalment is taken and we arrange ticket issue once payment is confirmed. You repay the provider monthly under your agreement.

Start with the flight you need

Tell us your departure airport, destination, dates and passenger numbers by WhatsApp or phone. Mention checked bags, nearby airports or a preferred airline so we can compare options that suit the whole journey.

We explain the quote and fare conditions. If you want to proceed, we confirm the reservation arrangements and send your booking reference and payment instructions privately. Check names, dates and baggage before moving ahead.

Application, first payment, e-ticket

Choose the available Super Payments option and complete the provider's application. Review the amount due first, later payment dates, any interest and total repayable before accepting. The provider makes the credit decision.

If approved and completed, the first payment is taken according to your agreement. Once successful payment is confirmed for the booking, we arrange ticket issue and send your e-ticket. Your remaining repayments are made to the provider.

A reservation reference is different from an issued ticket. Availability and ticketing deadlines still apply, so wait for your ticket confirmation before treating the journey as ready to travel.

Compare the total, as well as the monthly amount

Super offers a three-payment option with 0% interest, subject to its terms and promotional conditions. Longer repayment options carry interest. The options available to you are shown during the application; compare their total cost before deciding.

Credit is subject to eligibility, affordability checks and approval. Missed payments may affect your credit score, incur charges and remove a promotional interest-free rate. Read your agreement for the conditions that apply to your plan.

Your checklist

  • Confirm the itinerary, passenger names and baggage.
  • Check the first payment, monthly dates and total repayable.
  • Read the credit terms and the flight's change and cancellation rules.
  • Keep your e-ticket and payment agreement together.

Questions and answers

Can I fly before the final instalment?

With an approved credit plan and an issued ticket, repayments can continue after your departure. Your agreement determines the payment schedule.

Is a flight quote a credit application?

No. Asking Travelcart for a quote does not apply for credit or guarantee approval. You complete the separate provider application if you choose to proceed.

Do credit checks apply?

Yes. Checks depend on the application and plan, and applying can affect your credit record. Read the provider's explanation before continuing.

Who decides whether I am eligible?

The provider assesses your circumstances and the criteria shown during the application. Travelcart cannot approve credit or override a decision.

Who helps with monthly repayments?

Use the account, app or support details in your payment agreement. Contact Travelcart for flight and ticket questions.

What if my application is declined?

You can ask us about paying in full or reviewing the itinerary. A declined application does not secure a ticket or extend a fare deadline.
